3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product colors may slightly vary due to screen display differences.
• All products are subject to availability. In case of a sold-out item after order placement, we will notify you promptly.

4. Orders & Payment Methods

We offer two payment options for your convenience:

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
• No advance payment required.
• Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct at checkout — our team may call to confirm your order before dispatch.
• Please be available to receive and pay for your order at the time of delivery.
• Repeated order rejections or non-payments upon delivery may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.

• 🏦 Advance Payment

  • Pay in full before your order is dispatched.
  • Accepted via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or other available payment methods at checkout.
  • Your order will be processed and dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
  • Payment confirmation may take up to 24 hours on business days.
  • Always send your payment screenshot to us via email or WhatsApp for faster order processing

    • For advance payment orders, confirmation is sent after payment is verified.

    • 6. Shipping & Delivery

      • We deliver across Pakistan.
      • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location.
      • Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
      • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you.
      • Laylat Pret is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

      7. Cancellations

      • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
      • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
      • For advance payment orders, cancellations requested before dispatch will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

      • 8. Returns & Exchanges

        • We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.
        • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
        • Returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale items or stitched/customized pieces.
        • To request an exchange, contact us at laylatpret@gmail.com with your order details and reason.
        • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

        9. Refunds

        • Refunds are only applicable on advance payment orders where:
          • The item is out of stock after payment.
          • The order is cancelled before dispatch.
        • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
        • COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds — exchange only.
